1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any service on the ez2cuci platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as a member and ez2cuci as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ez2cuci platform. Continued use of our services after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To use the ez2cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Be an individual and not a corporate entity or organisation
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of a third party
• Not be on any list of voluntarily or mandatorily excluded participants
• Not be in violation of any laws or regulations in your area of residence

3. Account Registration

Each member is only allowed to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current personal information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), identity card number, active mobile number and a valid email address. ez2cuci reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

Your account password is your personal responsibility. ez2cuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ez2cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) as the base currency. Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit amount for all payment methods: RM20
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request is approved
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed

ez2cuci reserves the right to delay or hold any withdrawal that requires further review for security or compliance reasons. In such cases, our support team will contact the member concerned.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by ez2cuci are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Members are responsible for understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.

The ez2cuci welcome bonus offers 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 with an account balance of RM250, and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before a withdrawal from the bonus funds can be made. For a deposit of RM2,200, the bonus is RM1,500 with a balance of RM3,700, and the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes on the ez2cuci platform
• Bonus abuse such as arbitrage or guaranteed betting may result in the bonus balance being forfeited
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• ez2cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated

6. Game Rules

All games available on the ez2cuci platform operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Game results recorded by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, ez2cuci will take fair action based on the last record saved in the system. Any bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided and the funds returned to the member's account.

7. Security and Privacy

ez2cuci uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect all personal information and member transaction data. Information collected is used solely for the purposes of account operation, transaction processing and regulatory compliance.

ez2cuci will not sell, rent or disclose members' personal information to third parties without member consent, except as required by law or a competent authority. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the ez2cuci platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Using automated software or tools to place bets
• Colluding with other members to exploit the bonus system
• Creating an account using another person's identity or false information
• Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the platform's systems
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity
• Disclosing your account password to another party
• Making false claims related to transactions or games

9. Account Suspension

ez2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions. In cases of account closure due to fraud, all balances including deposited funds may be forfeited.

For cases not involving fraud, members whose accounts have been suspended will be given the opportunity to clarify the situation through customer support before a final decision is made. ez2cuci is committed to acting fairly in all decisions relating to account suspension.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned to the member once all relevant wagering conditions have been met.

10. Responsible Gambling

ez2cuci takes responsible gambling seriously. This platform is for adult entertainment purposes and not as a source of income. We encourage all members to play within their own financial means.

Members who feel that their gambling activity is beginning to have a negative impact on their personal life, finances or social relationships are encouraged to contact our support team for information on available self-control tools. There are options to set deposit limits, wagering limits or to activate a self-exclusion option for a specified period of time.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

ez2cuci is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity on this platform. All bets are placed entirely at the member's own risk.

ez2cuci makes no guarantee or warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or technical failure at all times. We will do our best to ensure continuous platform availability, however periodic maintenance and system updates are necessary.

In any circumstance, ez2cuci's total liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member which remains in a valid account balance.

12. Amendment of Terms

ez2cuci reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with business requirements, regulatory requirements or changes to services. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform.

Non-material amendments to the terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.
